The JRI Method is a hybrid, 50‑minute session on a specialized reformer that blends Pilates precision with strength‑training intensity. Unlike traditional Pilates, JRI uses progressive resistance and multi‑planar movement to drive faster muscular adaptation with minimal joint stress.

Each session is 50 minutes and includes a warm‑up, controlled resistance sequences, dynamic flexibility, and recovery. The pace is intentional—focused breathing, form, and constant muscular tension.

Faster muscle shaping and strength, improved posture and mobility, reduced joint load, precise progress tracking (3D scan), and personalized programming—all in an efficient 50‑minute session.

Yes—JRI is low‑impact because the reformer provides controlled resistance and smooth movement. Beginners are welcome; coaches scale intensity and often recommend starting at Level 1 (Foundation).

Level 1 (Foundation) builds fundamentals (6–8 weeks); Level 2 (Evolve) increases intensity (8–12 weeks); Level 3 (Mastery) is for advanced and ongoing progress. New to reformer? Start with Foundation—your coach will assess progress and recommend when to advance.
